The History of Bristol Aires Kennel

The first Airedale of my childhood was my inseparable companion, and I've had Airedales ever since.  In 1980 I started Bristol Aires Kennel.  Bristol came from my home on Bristol Road (and of course Bristol, England) and the Aires from AIREdale. The first Airedale I bought as a puppy to start Bristol Aires was from Trevorwood kennel.  She became CH Trevorwood Moria CD.  I called her Molly and she was bred to CH Finlair Tiger of Stone Ridge, and thus began my breeding program. Bristol Aires Kennels strives to produce Airedales with good conformation and excellent temperament, whether as show dogs or as family pets.  My dogs participate in obedience, agility and pet therapy and are being taught search and rescue.  My goal is that Bristol Aires Airedales excel in whatever life's work they may share with their owners.
